Hi Karen
When I was in Vancouver at Granville Island last summer
I bought a small bottle of Truffle oil.
The bottle says, extra virgin olive oil flavored with white truffle
On Atkins where do I use it.
I remember as a child having black truffle in “pate”.
I really liked it .
I don’t wish to make real “pate”
Can it be used in a salad?
What type of Vegetables can it be used with ?
