My daughter is a low-carber and a vegetarian....she does eat eggs and cheese. Any help you can give us would be appreciated. i follow atkins to the letter and love it. she does not have a lot to lose but appreciates how healthy low carbbing is.....and would like to know how she can best follow it with me..giving that she has restrictions re meat products.....

I use a lot of Yves and Litelife vegetarian products. They're soy based and pretty low in carbs. It's important to read labels, though, because many veggie products are actually grain based, and *high* in carbs. I also like using TVP, because it's really cheap and stores well. :thup:
I also eat cheese, peanut butter, and about a dozen eggs a week. :)
