For today 23rd November 2002 it is exactly one week since I began Dr Atkins diet, I feel great. :) .. so positive.. ;) . so happy... :rolleyes: so foccussed :thup: and such a looser. :D .... Yes in my first week of induction I lost 8 pounds in weight....

I am so happy......
