My wife made some Manhatten Clam Chowder this weekend and it was GREAT!! I would have paid big money to have enjoyed this in an expensive restaurant.

It is in Dr. Adkin's New Diet Revolution on page 409. Instead of potatoes the recipe uses zuchinni squash. She added some shrimp to it just because we had some in the fridge.

I'm not the original poster, but I saw your request so I popped over to the Atkins Center site to get you the recipe. It does sound yummy... I love clam chowder, too!
