Obviously the editor is a moron! He/she is on their side and hasn't even opened up a book on low carbs. First off we are allowed to eat fat. These aren't low carb, low fat diets! Idiot!
If anyone does their research on the effects of insulin they all would agree with a low carb diet! Grains kill!!!! Most carbs are from grains!
Totally biased write up, done with no reasearch. Someone, a low carb hater, said "Here, write this." and that was it!!!
