Hi there, everything’s going great, apart from one thing!

Since starting LC WOE I get a lot more pins and needles, every time I sit down I seem to get them in my legs (pins and needles is tingly numbness for those who don’t use that phrase)

Not in a normal chair but if I sit on the ground, (legs crosses etc)
Also I noticed some strange tingling in my left arm when I work out.

I’m thinking I might be missing some vitamin or element.

I take potassium, chromium, cod liver oil, green tea capsules, vitamin C, and a strong men’s multi.

Should I be worried?

It does go away quickly when I stand up or move around.

B complex vitamins and/or calcium seem to help!

Yes, I would say calcium and magnesium. Also, B1 (thiamine) deficiency can be experienced as altered sensation/ pins & needles .. especially in the extremities. Dose for calcium is 1000mg per day for adults ... and it usually comes together with magnesium 2:1 ... ie, 333mg cal & 167mg mag per tablet. Take three tabs daily, in divided doses ... with the last dose before bedtime.

Only other thing ... does your foot or your hand also change colour? turn blue or red .. or blanch white when this happens? What about temperature ... does the extremity become cold or hot and inflamed? This could indicate either a circulatio problem or a pinched nerve, which can be serious and you should nip off to see the dr. toute suite.

Hope you're feeling better soon.

Doreen

p.s. - I've moved your post to the Health forum :)
