Sinus help!!!

I have a question.

I have had sinus congestion most of my life. If one side of my nose isn't stopped up then the other is! By ridding myself of all grains will this help my sinus problems. I'm not sure if I have an allergy or something. I've never been tested.

Just wondering if anyone with a similar problem has had theirs clear up because of the diet.
