Here's another simple chocolate recipe for chocolate cravings

Chocolate Cheese Cake (simple)

2 (8 oz. pkgs.) of cream cheese
1 pkg sugar-free chocolate instant pudding mix
1/3 Splenda (I like to use a little less)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 cup whipping (heavy) cream
2 eggs

Soften cream cheese and mix in a bowl with the splenda, vanilla extract and eggs. In a separate bowl add the cream to the pudding mix and blend together....add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture. Mix on high until blended..

I bake mine in a pie plate, sprayed with Pam or something similiar, 350 degrees for approximately 35-40 minutes, depending on how hot your oven bakes.

Refrigerate....

Not figuring it out again...I have 55 in total pencilled in on my recipe sheet. Hopefully that is correct...or very close.

Joyce....the size I use is 40 g of INSTANT pudding mix...that's the small box here in Canada. I'm not 100% sure without double checking, but I believe instant pudding only comes in the one size here.

Thank you for drawing this to my attention. Things we assume, are not always so somewhere else.

Try sprinkling sf chocolate chips on the top of it and unsweened cinnamon. It's devine! I'm making it for Thanksgiving so I have a dessert I can eat.

BTW, low-fat chream cheese can be used to cut calories and/or make it South Beach friendly.
