Well, I know members can't send PMs till they have either 20 or 25 posts. Not sure how you go about finding your last post- I never tried to do that, Did you sign up to get email notification when some one replies to your post? That's helpful. Good luck!

Scroll down the main page until you get to the My journal/Bootcamp Forum. You've posted under Journals R to S. Click it an scroll through to find your user name.

This post is a newbies question, so I'll be moving to the Newbies Questions Forum shortly, but you can still find it through doing the above.

Don't hesitate to point and click everywhere here - especially Low Carb Tips in the orange bar at the top of the page. That's the best way to learn. Your Private Messaging will be effective after 25 posts.
