I lost 21 lbs in 21 days when I started LC, since then I have gained 3lbs and lost it and have stalled at the 21lb mark. I have been stalled for about 1 week. I have NEVER cheated AT ALL.

Here is my routine, please comment on thing I may be able to change to improve my loss rate.

5:30am Out of bed, brisk 30 minute walk.
6:15am After shower, protein shake (24 protein 5 carb), and coffee.
6:30am Go to work, sit at a desk all day. (grilled chicken sandwich or double cheeseburger for lunch, no bun (of course).
8:00pm Dinner of grilled beef, chicken, or pork. Sometimes Eggs and bacon.
11:00pm bed

Somtimes I have an EAS pritein bar during the day for something sweet (27 protein 2.5 carb)

I drink water throughout the day. Once a week I play softball.

4 consecutive days out of 10 I take a ECA stack (ephedrine caffene asprin)

What else can I do?

Thank you for your help.

Hi Matt,

Your routine looks pretty good, maybe need to add some green veggies.

However, one week is not really a stall. Sometimes your loss will be in inches, not weight, which is more desirable as it "shows" :) Keep at it, stalls pass, and it's just your body's way of catching up :)

Could be the protein bars. They are not as low carb as the labels state, and cause some people to stop losing weight. I'd cut them for a while and see what happens. As Wa'il points out, one week is not really a stall; your body could just be readjusting itself after your intial loss. 21 pounds in 21 days is great!!! Don't be too impatient - you didn't gain the weight that quickly, it might take some time to lose it. Stick with the plan, it'll come off eventually.

And make sure you get your veggies, you need them for fibre, vitamins, and for some variety in your daily eating plan.
