I can't find if a low carb diet is ok for kids. My son is 12yrs old and VERY over weight. I have him on a 1800 calorie diet and he has lost 13 lbs so far. I just worry bout if he does go on a low carb diet if it will hurt him but not getting enough calcium etc. Any help would be appreicated...Thanxs............. :daze:
