I have restarted LC'ing as of yesterday and I seem to have a headache that will not go away. It's right behind my right eye. I am trying to attribute this to caffeine withdrawal but I'm really not sure. Since I don't drink coffee, the only caffinated drinks that I like have sugar. So that's out.
The last time I tried to restart LC'ing, I got sick at my stomach and was throwing up for two days. I have lost 20+ pounds LC'ing in the last few months but I can seem to get restarted...
Any ideas?

Hi Rhollmer - glad you are giving it another try. Yes, you can get a headache the second time around. Tylenol works on this headache too.
However, please remember that not everything that happens to us is due to low carbing. So if Tylenol doesn't help by tomorrow, consider going and seeing your doctor.
As suggested, increase the veggie carbs to help. Sounds as though you have pretty strong carb withdrawal symptoms. That might even be enough to keep you on low carbing. ;)

The headache has actually gone away. I think it was just the shock to my system of changing my diet so drastically again.
Thanks!

I too suffered from headaches like nothing else when I withdrew from carbs. It is a total detox reaction unfortunetly.
