Hi... this may seem like a silly question but does anyone know how many liters or mililiters of water in a fluid ounce? We are to have AT LEAST 64oz of the wet stuff daily so how would I convert it? As I see it 8oz = 1 cup = 250mls ??? HELP! Thanks in advance!! :D

64 oz is 2 liters of water and word is, you should drink an extra 1/4 liter per 25 pounds of your body weight.
