Hi fellow Manitobans! I'm new to the forum and from Brandon. Just thought I'd pop onto this thread and say hello since we're in the general neighbourhood. Might be good to trade info on where to locate LC products perhaps?

Just saying hi, I am 4 hours northwest of Wpg. The Safeway here has 2 kinds of Zone bars now, so THAT is something. I have been off and on Zone and Atkins and CAD for i think about 2 yrs! I never seem to stick with it, my carb cravings are soooooo strong. Quitting smoking was easier!
