I found this recipe really tasty and would like to share it with you all. A Hamburger pattie with it and it's like the real BBQ thingie:)
Tofu Potato Salad
8 oz regular Tofu cut in pieces
1 cup chopped celery
3 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 cup raw cauliflower cut in small pieces
Dressing: 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
Dill, Salt and Pepper to taste
dash of Splenda
3 servings ~ 5 carbs each. (Total 15 g carbs)
