That is the question.

There are plenty of veggie Thanksgiving recipes out there, but most of them are heavy on the carbs. :exclm:

It's Thanksgiving this weekend in Canada. I'm not making anything too complicated; I'm just cooking for my SO and I. I'm going to make So-Soya slices (similar to chicken) with mushroom gravy, and I'm going to try roasting some vegetables in the oven. I got some rice for the boyfriend, and I'll grab a bottle of wine.

I eat a little meat...so turkey is okay - not processed of course and the breast meat *because it's my favorite. Also all the salad and lc vegs I want with plenty of butter/fats of all kinds. Fill that plate up - skip the starches and yams and pumpkin pie/no problem...on the other hand why not bring your own LC pumpin pie? I'm sure there is a recipe out there!
