It looks like a very strict low carb diet to me. But she suppliments with the cranberry coctail that she mixes with psyllium husks. I just saw this diet in Woman's World magazine. I haven't had a chance to read it thoroughly, but I remember reading about it at ivillage.com.

For the most part very low carb, low fat for cleansing and detoxing the liver. I'm thinking of giving it a try for two weeks to detox my liver and get rid of excess water retension.
