I started low carbing yesterday and last night and tonight I have this full feeling in my throat. I have not overeaten and have only had a small cheese/pepperoni stick since 12pm and it is now 6:30pm, last night it was so bad I threw up. I stopped eating last night at around 7 and by 11pm the fullness made me so ill. Is this from low carbing?

Hmmm... I've never heard of something like that being attributed to low carb food. That full feeling in your throat... that almost sounds like how people with certain food allergies react. Have you eaten anything that you haven't eaten before? Or in a long time?

If you're not feeling better soon, I'd say it's time to visit the doctor - it could be anything.

The foods I've been eating are things I eat regularly. Even my antiacids are not helping. It's like after I eat I'm fine the full feeling comes hours after like the foods coming back up.

Hmmm... odd.

Do you have any history of stomach, gall bladder, etc related problems?

(Disclaimer: I aint' no dok-tah, just trying to throw out some ideas here... When in doubt, get thee to thy medic.)

I don't have a gallbladder, not the best of stomachs but I only throw up when my acid is bad, but that is a different feeling not like this. I was thinking maybe my body is in shock from going from eating sugar, chips, candy in large quantities to a lot less carbs and no sugars or white flour and potatoes.
