My girlfriend needs help and she needs encouragement.

Like i said she has been stuck to 135 pounds for more then a year now, she needs to try something else.

THe thinforlife worked for a while, she lost a good 30 pounds.

If the Ketodiet can work for here like it did for me, damn i have to control here no lie 16 pounds in 3 weeks thats too much.

Its like my body wanted to lose weight for a long time.

:daze: i am gonna carb up for today and tomorrow its back to the whole eggs and bacon no carbos.

She was pertty stunned when she saw the progress you made in so little time.

My girlfriend wont do cardio in the morning, she starts working at 6:30am, i am trying to get here to quit the orange juice in the moring while she is on the diet.

For sure the weight training and cardio will be done either after supper or another time.

Lots of people at my job came to ask me how i did to lose that fast, well i think that its not good, you are supposed to lose 2 pounds a week, after the carbup you should gain at least 6 of the 8 pounds lost.

I carb up to carefully and might have lost more then fat.

I really look smaller, i still have good shoulders and all but i dont look like when i weighted 212 pounds.

Ha well thanks for most of your post, i have read them and they gave me good idea, same for TrainerDan.

Good stuff thanks

I get the same way when I doet real deal ... if you appear smaller, take into account that it may be water loss as well as fat loss that accounts for the lost size.

It is really important to take into account your bodyfat % and do the calculation to find your lean mass. If that starts dropping off, it's time to look at your nutrition and supplementation porgrams.

I dont really have nothing to test my bodyfat %, i found some great article about the ketodiet, say that for 2000 cals a day from Monday to Wednesday protein should be kept around 75g thats not gonna be a problem and for Theursday to Friday around 125g.

I can easly get thoses from the foods i eat, i dont want to really on powder if i do need to add more protein.

I am pertty sure that i can reach my goal of 185 pounds in about a month if i do everything right, i still have around 12 pounds to lose.

I dont know if the bodyfat index is accurate at 196 pounds and 35 inch waiste i am listed at around 15% bodyfat, well i am 5 feet 10 and dont really have a lot of fat on, to be around 12% i would have to be at 180 pounds or so and have a 34 inch waiste.

This cant be i mean to reach 6% i would have to have a 30 inch waiste wish i add when i was very skinny, i think that this makes no sens at all.

Glad my story could be helpful to your girlfriend. Has she started the CKD yet? Keep me updated on her progress and I am here if she has questions....
