  THis is what happens when the weekend carb up isnt taken seriously.

Its been 2 weekends now that i didnt quit do it right, first one i took in about 200g of carbs and the second one maybe around 500g.

This is insane, i am suppose to lose 2 pounds a week, i know that some of it is water but still.

People here are asking me if i am sick and all the remarks of weightloss so fast.

THis diet is getting bashed by many for behing dangerous and all and this is all bull, i have tried many diets and never have i lost so many pounds in so little time.

A friend of mine here is doing weightwatcher, he lost 18 pounds in 3 months, i guess that he wants to know what my secret is.

Well my secret is that i have to eat more protein , some of that weight is muscles.

I guess that i still have lots to learn on the diet, and that it can be all fat, i still have to get in my 200g of protein.

I cant understand is if i eat my 200g of protein i will have to eat 1.5g of fat per 1g of protein now my intake is set at 2000 calories a day, with 800 cals coming from protein and i would have to eat 300g of fat wish would be 2700 cals this takes me too 3500 cals a day????

I would need help on this of course.

THanks you
