Wow and what an article it was, well i guess that some of my questions where answered. I pasted it in a text format so i can read it again for futur reference.

I dont know if its good because i am really in deep ketosis, deep purple since wednesday.

I will lower my calories intake for sure to about 2000 and monitor my body temperture to make sure it doesnt creep down to low.

I do think that bodyopus is a bit of a miraculous diet because you do have amazing resutls the first week, even it its more water and glycogen loss.

Many atkins dieters have lost huge amount of weight, like 80 pounds or something, i dont know if this approach would be good for my girlfriend, she add here galdblad removed btw, so many say that she doesnt digest fat like when she add a galdblad, i have read that it doesnt really matter.

She is stuck at 135 pounds no matter how low she drops here calories or how well she eats, she did well on the thin for life diet for a while but now nothing.

Here body temp is good, i have started here on low carb, not ketogenic yet because she doesnt train, we bought a house so before getting a membership at a gym we have stuff to pay.

I train at my job right now we have a small gym here and i can do all my workout here for now.

Our new neighbourood is quit peaceful so we usually take long walks at night, and try to do some tae bo 2 times a week.

She has stobborn lower bodyfat, sort of a pouch in the lower abdominale, she has been told that this can only be removed by liposucction or addominoplastie surgery.
