How many of you eat bacon during the week?
Bacon-Good or Bad? The sodium content seems a bit too much.

Bacon - love it. Once or twice a week, four pieces. I've read that the sodium thing can be managed. The deal is to keep your other minerals in balance with sodium, such as K and Mg. Maybe on bacon days you can kick up the others, especially K, and sweat a lot.

It was a staple for me, I read somewheres that I cant recall that CKD, during the week drains you of sodium, and that you should supplement sodium and potassium during the week. But during the carb up its bad bad bad. Or so I remember reading
