i don't really know what this is, but atkins is making me sick!!! i need a diet with some carbs in it and i've heard this is good *yes?? no??* anyway, i have NO idea what i'm doing and would rather not do this diet until i know what i'm doing *gee, think of the einstein logic there *L** anyway, any help would be appreciated!!! thank you :)

I live by meat, veggies. (some fruits)
If it doesn't fit in there don't eat it!
Of course I've kept my milk products like yogurt, skim milk and cheese some of the time.
