Well, I'm off for a week long business trip today, and this always my downfall. I get bored, and sometime lonesome, and "deserve a fabulous dinner". I've been doing very well all week since I started, only a few beers. and I hope I can keep it up.
I'll let you know how I do when I get back on Friday.

good luck biker chick!! have a great week, just treat yourself well, and try not to mix those carbs with the protein/fat.. there are so many good things you can have!!
