Hello Everyone!!!
Just thought I would pop in and brag about my 6 month nicotine free....I feel great, it's the best thing I've ever done. I'm not a slave anymore.....
To anyone who is thinking about quitting you can do it too!!!!

I was a three pack a day smoker for years.
I have 5 years without a puff.
