Well here goes my first entry......
I am doing CKD. I am going to be out of town the end of this week so I started yesterday with my cardio and tension work-out.
Today: 2 EAS Phen-Free
30min stationary bike
6.82 miles
Whew! We will see if I can't get that up some more. I went at a moderate intensity. I definitely felt my heart rate up.

I am soooo sleepy today Ididn't want to get out of bed!! Forced myself with eyes still closed.... :yawn:
to get on the stationary bike. Only went 15 min ....did take phen free.
Now I gotta get off this computer and go do a tension circuit...
I'll come back and post what I did.
O.K. just finished work out: arms are still shakey
tension ciruit 2X
Pushups: 15
Leg extentions 12reps/45#
chest press 12/15#
Hamstring curls 12/35#
Lat. raises12/10#
wide stance squats 12/15#
Bicep curls 12/15#
Calf raises 20/40#
crunches 20
reverse crunch 20
tricep kickbacks 12/10#

Well, what kind of workouts did I do while I was gone? NADA :mad:
Oh, well, I did good just to survive this trip 20hrs on the road is pretty rough on the bod!
Oct 1st: 40 min cardio/ ABS
Oct 2nd: 20 min cardio/tension circuit
Getting back on track!!!
