I use fitday.com, and I was putting in my vegetables, and I was wondering if it subtracts the fiber that are in the vegetables when it adds up the carb count? Or do I need to go back and subtract it by myself?

Fitday does not automatically subtract the fibre from the carb counts, so you have to do it yourself.

They probably will eventually do it for you, but they currently don't.

Hi DK
I've noticed that fiber is listed on the little chart at the top of the page named "Calories Eaten Today". It's right under the carbs, so it's easy to subtract.
