Salmon Quiche
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons chopped onion
2 (7 ounce) cans salmon
3 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/4 tsp EACH basil, tarragon, oregano and parsley
Grease an 8-inch pie plate. Sprinkle cheese and onion on bottom of pie plate. Drain salmon and flake it ove the cheese and onion. Mix together eggs and half and half and pour evenly over the salmon. Sprinkle with the herbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
