Whenever I run intensely, the veins on the side of my forehead
bulge. Any way to prevent this?
Thanks.

It's the way you're wired bub, you have to live with it.
Unless you can lower your blood pressure and improve your
circulation nothing's going to change. I wouldn't go get any
cosmetic surgery to correct it; that might not be so good.
Since the vein bulges when you run intensely you probably see
it in the mirror on a treadmill like at 24 hours fitness. It's
probably not as unsightly as you think it is. If others stare
or make comments poo on them. They're probably just interested
in people that are superficially perfect, but have a lot of
baggage underneath, and they're probably in for a rocky
mid-life crisis when they find out they can't be beautiful
forever and have to come to terms with the fact that one's
physical appearance isn't the only thing that matters in life.
