I have been watching the infomercials and talking to a health
food store who is sold out of the coral calcium. Is it true
that it is useless to take coral calcium if I drink sodas? The
infomercial also says I need to sit in the sun 2 hours a day,
what if I can't? am I wasting my money on this? Who should I
buy it from? what brand? who has the best deals that is
reliable? Sorry for all the questions but if this really does
what the commercials say, I want to get started on it.

Thanks Tim

It's not completely useless. However, there is no need to
take "coral calcium" in any case, and the claims for it
are nonsense.

Sitting in the sun two hours per day is a great way to develop
skin cancer. That's about it. Save your money and time.

You know it's a scam, don't you.

The health benefits of cutting out sodas can be achieved at no
cost to you. Just drink water.

You get less skin cancer!

>am I wasting my money on this?

You would be wasting your money on it.

Have you been watching Robert Barefoot?

the real problem with calcium - coral or regular - is its
absorbability. get calcium/magnesium Citrate and take it with
orange juice so it gets really absorbed. Also take vitamin D3.

Mr. Barefoot wants you to be in the sun to get the D. Buying
it is much easier and less time consuming. the RDA fo D is
way too low btw.
