Hi,
New to this board and on day 2 for CALP.
I think this way of eating is doable for me.

I tried it last summer before being diagnosed with low thyroid, now on meds, hoping this will work to lose
15 lbs.

Anyone else with thyroid problems and doing Carbohydrates Addicts diet???

Hi! Welcome aboard! :)

Sandra's last post was in March of 2001, so she may not be able to respond to your question. I believe CALP is the Carbohydrate Addict's Life Plan. (I'm not certain about the "LP" part. :lol: )

that i did notice.... :) but that is awesome. I have read some of your other posts and i love them. very informative.. it is always nicce to hear more info. we all could use it. were on this site for our own reasons ... :thup:
