Hello,

I had a taste of Panda Express' egg drop soup and I fell in love! Maybe it is because of all the corn startch they put in it. It tasted like pure corn. I found one recipe but I am not sure if it is any good. Do they come out thick? Here is the recipe..tell me if it looks good.

1 quart water -- 1140ml
1/2 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
3/4 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup green onion -- chopped
2 eggs -- lightly beaten

1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to boil. Slowly pour eggs into boiling broth. Cook 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Hi Bob, I make one something similar, only I just use purchased chicken broth (i.e. Campbell, in the bulk container). It makes a quick lunch. I also add some grated parmesan cheese. I'm just dashing to work, but it you want my exact measurements, let me know, and I'll look up an old recipe. It's a soup that 's more broth, but my teenage kids like it (high carb kids), if that's anymore help.
