Ok, so from another post I am gathering that we don't have to worry about calories. I did read that in the book but can't seem to quite believe it yet. How about proportions of fat, carbs, and protein? On the Atkins program there was a desirable range. Should I be aiming for any certain percentages that could be tracked at fitday?

Are you talking about the complementary meals, or the reward meals?

Complementary meals are low fat (pat the grease off the bacon), and 4 grams of carbs total. No mention of calories.

Reward is balanced and nutritious. I don't remember anything in there about calories or percentage of anything. But I've found that if you eat this way you're pretty full after a plate full and a dessert. I just don't worry about it.
