The first weekend of school celebrations got slightly out of hand last night as I am guilty of 3 shots followed by a Long Island
Followed by the toppings off 5 pieces of dominos pizza......
followed by McDonalds breakfast....ahh college life.



out of ketosis this morning
back on track for monday..

I'm sure you know the drill - get right back on that horse. Mind you, the pizza toppings sound okay - it's not the toppings that cause the prob! :D

Yep, starting fresh on Monday sounds sensible. Forgive yourself, try to learn something from the episode and move on.

Feh! That's pretty good! :thup: :D Even McDonalds breakfast can be low carb: just ditch the "McMuffin" part of an egg/sausage/cheese McMuffin. :)
