Hi,

I've been living the LC WOL for almost a year and I just found about the relation between fiber and carbs. But I am confused. Dr. Atkins (the one I am using) mentions fiber in one line in the entire book, on pg. 258 or is it 285? anyways, What is this all about? When I see a recipe that lists fiber can I deduct that from the carbs, or is it already done? I am so confused about this ECC stuff.

HELP PLEASE!!!!

Hello,
Here is a link that may help you http://lowcarb.org/
Lee has several articles on dietary fiber that are most helpful. The insoluble and soluble fiber is just to tricky to figure out. And most places already deduct the fiber first anyway. Especially if its a low carb product.

I just count the full carbs and play it safe.
