Here is a quick meal i whipped up in the kitchen for lunch the other day and it was great and quick!
1/2 cup cabbage
1 TBSP garlic or 1 clove
1/2 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp chicken bouillon granules mixed with 1 TBSP water-could use straight chicken broth and omit the water
2 hot dogs cut into pieces-I use Hormel Wranglers because they have more flavor than regular hot dags

Put olive oil garlic and cabbage in pot and sir fry medium high heat for 2-3 minutes. Add soy sauce, and chicken broth, cover and simmer 5 minutes or until cabbage wilts. Add hot dogs and stir until hot. It is kind of like hot dogs and saukraut but without the sour taste-which I'm not always in the mood for.

According to fitday it is about 5 carbs for entire thing 300 calories 23 grams fat and 11 grams protein.
