Hello, I'm new here and will briefly introduce myself.

I'm 27 years old, mother of 3 ages, 8, 6, 3.
I've been using resistance training since I've been 16 years old.
After my third pregnancy I wasn't so lucky in losing that flubber I had gained. Nor did I start an exercise program until last summer when I noticed fat below the buttocks, you know behind the back of the thighs!

In came the Tae-Bo tapes and my old faithfull weight bench with squatting rack. I decided to weigh myself in December...118lbs. One month later I'm up to 125 lbs! But am much leaner, my bodyfat % has gone down and I'm filling out my skinny fat body with nice small womenly curves. Sure I may weigh more, because muscle weighs more than fat. But I have a waistline now and my buttocks are going back UP to where they belong.
I need to go shopping for new pants! Mine are all hanging off of me!

The point is ...do not put much emphasis on what the scale is telling you but on how you look, feel and of course how your clothes fit.
