Hi Again-
I was wondering - are journals EMOTIONAL journals or FOOD journals? And does everyone read them? Do people give you feedback or do you have to ask for it?
I understand HOW to start a journal, I was just wondering the purpose...
Thanks again.

Hello Michelle.
Journals could be both a food journal or an emotional journal. You can put both or one on it, whatever you like. You don't have to ask for feedback unless you want to...

Hi SummerYet,
Your journal can be whatever you would like it to be; whatever you need the most help with. My journal tends to be "emotional" or to talk about what I have been doing. I rarely post the food I have eaten--I usually just comment that I am sticking with the plan. Other journals, like that of my friend Penelope, are very conscientious about posting all food consumed.
I think whatever you want to do with the journal will yield good results for you. I think I started after I had browsed through some journals and immediately saw it would be beneficial for me.
Good luck to you,
Natalie

Hi there Michelle~
Journals are there for whatever you need them to be for. Take a look at a few to get some ideas. Idealy you would be posting some food menu's to help others and keep track of what you eat, but it's not limited to anything!
Peace,
Brenda

Thank you everybody for your input...this weekend I will attempt to start a journal, and if anyone would like to take a look feel free. I have to figure out how I want to do it first!
