Hi-
Looking for your wonderful expertise once again. If you cook/fry a chicken breast in olive oil, how much are you actually using? What should I put in FitDay? Thanks for the help!

If you're using boneless, skinless chicken breasts, which have little fat of their own ... just make sure to consume the pan drippings from any oil you may have used. You can dribble it over the cooked meat and/or vegetables when serving. Then you'd count the full measure of oil you used, eg 1 Tablespoon.

Doesn't the chicken absorb oil while cooking? Also, if i used crushed pork rinds as "bread crumbs" wouldn't it absorb even more?
Thanks again...

SummerYet  thank you! You just helped me and I bet you did not even know it  I was just looking at my fit day and trying to figure out how I was going to bread my chicken breast, obtain another 167 cals, but not go over 4 carbs. :daze: PORK RINDES! DUH, I just dyed my hair to its natural brown, musta been a lil bleach still left on the scalp. HOW IN THE WORLD DID I FORGET ABOUT PORK RINDS ? LOL  Thanks again!

Glad that for once I can help someone else!! I tried it for lunch today for the 1st time, and I really liked it, something different and a little crunch. Let me know what you think!
