I am going to do my Exercise to music award in November so I
am making sure I am as fit as possible for it.

I'm weight train 3 times a week for around an hour and half.

Then do at least one class Monday to Friday and when there are
classes on I like I do two in a row, to build endurance. I
generally don't do much on the weekend, sometimes I do a class
on each day or play squash.

I wouldn't ask if this was too much (I don't think it is) if I
hadn't been told two days in a row at the gym just by other
guys training, that I was doing too much.

What do you think.
