I'm hoping that someone can answer a quick question for me before I run out the door this morning. About heavy cream - I thought that I had read that it was supposed to have 18% MF. Yesterday at the supermarket I found Half and Half with 10%MF, Light Cream with 10% MF, and Whipping Cream with 36% MF. Which one do you use??
