Hi fatties and lazy folks, walking is for wimps sissies and
giirly men.Do aerobics intence if you can, walk stairs run, but
if your really over weight walking wont help you need more,
add weight 2 times a week light 8-10 reps 2 to 3 sets,and do
some intence aerobics and leave the light walking to all the
sissies and girly folks
yours rp

and for people of a reasonable size and reasonable diet to
stay in reasonable shape. If you have been sedentary for a
long time, walking is a great way to start getting into
shape - the other exercises can be added as desired, as you
feel ready to do it. Until recently, I had been doing little
more than walking for the past 18 years - and have been told
by both my doctor and a personal trainer that I am in very
good shape. :)

I might also add that those of us with bunions or other
ailments can't run or be as active as the rest of you. So we
do what we can (e.g. walk, bike, etc). For everything else,
shut the hell up and realize that exercise, like anything, is
a personal choice from the decision to do it in the first
place to regimen once that decision has been made.
