Hi:
I have start aerobic training myself for a month. I jog 3-4
miles a day, and managed to lose 5 lb in 5 weeks. I plan to
gain more muscles. It seems that some articles recommend
aerobic training will damage muscle? Should I reduce the
aerobic training?
Thanks,
Yi

The ultimate in training is to incorporate three things
Diet Aerobics Weight Training
Your better bet initially is to employ a qualified personal
trainer for say "10 hours over 6 months" to advise and set you
on a correct individual course suited for *you*
Once learned you should be able to continue with a better
lifestyle than before

Depends on the goal(s) of the training, the individual and
tons of other less-than-pat answers.
He did not state enough info.

But of course you didn't prompt the original poster to provide
more info by asking him questions, you simply made a curt
response to someone who tried to help. Typical.
