I didn't ask for his CERTIFICATIONS. I asked for his
QUALIFICATIONS. Work on your reading comprehension, and your
professional jealousy issues.

Answer the question, Roose. What, if any, are your
qualifications? We're all tired of your jealousy-driven
bashing of anyone (like Denise) who has proven again and again
that they are better-qualified and more accurate than you.

People need to see you for what you are - a plagiarizing twerp
who has a big mouth, but nothing else to back him up.

What are your qualifications, Michael Roose?

Everyone wants to know.

I wasn't asking about myself personally, and you know it. I'm
not a personal trainer so your points are moot.

That said, it's unfortunate that you think a trainer is
unqualified until they've trained 50 people. If everyone took
your advice, there would be no qualified trainers because
nobody would be willing to be one of those first 50 people.
That's like the old catch-22 about needing experience to get a
job, but not being able to land a job to get the experience.

That's not what you said many times before--you did say "all
certifications are BS".

No, you're not even qualified to ask a strength training
question of me as if you were my equal or peer.

Not even close. I can't keep "step" to an 8 count.

Oh, good grief. Is that lamer plagiarist asshole Roose still
around? Still, brain-dead as he is, I should've expected it.
Some 80% of his responses are either one-liner bullshit
trolls, or simply wrong. The other 20% seem to be jerking
off with professional jealousy, pounding on Denise and
anyone else who has enough responsibility and caring about
their clients' welfare, to have spent the time and effort to
become and remain certified. He's great, though, as an
example of somebody you don't want training your earthworm
farm, much less, any real humans. "CPR cert? Hey, nobody
needs that! Whaddya mean I cain't perform brane surjry!?"
"Trainer of athletes" as an email... BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!
Like I said, lamer.

Been coaching the junior-high boys this week, eh?

You still haven't told us what any of your "qualifications"

Mr. Roose you're pretty funny. Do you really think that
someone who has taken the time to get educated and
certified is automatically NOT qualified? What did you do
prior to having trained 50 clients...sit around and dream
about it? I have Personal Training Certifications from
ACE, NSCA, BCRPA, and I'm a Certified Medical Exercise
Specialist. I suppose that means all the time I spent
getting educated about how to safely and effectively train
my clients has only caused me to become very unqualified
in your eyes. That's pretty typical of someone who can't
be bothered to actually put any effort into doing trivial
little things like keeping current.

I'd bet that I've probably forgotten more about weight
training than you'll ever know about it. You have absolutely
no right to be answering anyones fitness related questions
unless you can justifiy what puts you in a position to do so.
What exactly is it that makes you so special Mr.
"trainerofathletes"? Stop hiding behind your inadequacy issues
and just come clean.

Oh, and on top of all this...you're just a jerk! Go do a few
more behind the head pulldowns and leg extensions OK.

Some.

Your opinion.

My experience, my ability to determine regimen progressions,

You're fine, and you're welcome, although about three months
late to the flame war. :-) Michael Roose flamed right and left
all summer, then abruptly disappeared as quickly as he
appeared. We're still enjoying the silence of his absence.
