Can someone Recomend a Mens Aerobic Exercise Shoe. I have
looked at the various stores and was unable to find a specific
Mens Shoe.

Should I be looking at a Cross Trainer Shoe Instead?

All suggestions would be appreciated.

TIA /Adam

AFAIK, no one makes men's aerobic shoes.

I've had my best luck (as far as workout comfort) with Reebok
cross-trainers. I've never found a comfortable (for me) pair
of Nikes that would last more than a month. New Balance fit my
feet the best at rest, but cause my feet to go numb during
workouts (I've tried loosening the laces, didn't help). I'll
stick with Reebok for now, although I'm not impressed with
their durability.

You might also check out basketball shoes (they have good
stability, but are too heavy for my personal tastes). Avoid
running shoes for aerobics as they offer little lateral
support - save them for the track. HTH

Hi Adam,

I've found New Balance 1004 Cross Trainers to be great for
aerobics. I'd agree that running shoes don't have anywhere
near enough lateral support.

Cheers

Derek

I also use New Balance 1004 for aerobics, and have had 1002
and 1003 prior to that. They seem to work for me, and it helps
that I can get a wider width for a better fit. "Adam T"
