Imagine if none of us had to work for a living. What would we
spend the day doing? Would we have the bodies of active and
healthy teenaged boys? Young muscle and vibrant skin? Would we
get up in the morning and ride a bike two miles to our
friend's house where we then play backyard football for a
three hours, eat some pizza, then go to the pool for about
four hours of swimming, then go to the state fair at night and
walk around the fairground having a good time, eating corn
dogs and cotton candy, then come back to the friend's house
and ride the bike two miles back home?
I'm just thinking that physical activity would be more
effective if it were maintained throughout the day somehow.
Pulse rates stay high for a few hours after 20-30 minutes of
exercise... Just thinking out loud.
