I am in the market for a home treadmill and while shopping
around on the internet, noticed something interesting. The
NordicTrack and Healthrider websites are incredibly similar in
layout and content, even down to the downloadable product
manuals. Are these two companies owned by the same parent
company? Or does one own the other? If so, is one the "luxury"
division of the other?
Just super currious...

I believe NordicTrack bought Healthrider years ago. In fact,
you can purchase Healthriders in NordicTrack retail stores.

Don't know if one brand is considered a "luxury" brand, or
not.
