Why is it during all my aerobic classes at the end of class,
my arches ache so bad. Tried new shoes with high arches?

It's hard to say without seeing your feet and your shoes and
knowing your history. Have you been okay with other shoes in
the past? Are you tying your shoes too tightly? Is it possible
that your arches aren't high, they're long? Are you obese?
Your best bet would be to consult a podiatrist.

There could be differant reason for this. Suntime it is
because the muscles in the shin arent as strong as the calf
musle, kind of like shin-splints. Do ju effer get then? Is a
similar problen. I haf a lot of esperience with this, if ju
want ju can send me a picture of jour feet from different
angles an I will try to help ju. JJM

You may have plantar faciitis or at least tweak tendons in the
bottom of your foot.
First, try massaging the bottom of your feet to see if you
have lingering tenderness. If so, they I would treat the
tendon problem.
Second, GRADUAL. You need to give your body time to adjust to
new demands, especially if they involve any impact.

Then next time shut up with all the potential diagnoses and
give the right answer first.
Get thee to an appropriate physician.

If you would read what I actually wrote, I gave no "potential
diagnoses" at all.
Of course since you are incapable of an original thought--as
demonstrated by your plagiarism of Mel Siff's entire article
verbatim--you couldn't think of anything at all to add to my
advice, so you simply repeated it.
