I find it to be a very good Brand. I use it and C,E, & fish
oil for extra antioxidants.

Well I don't know much about vitamins, but many of the
vitamins they put in it are in quantities 1/10th of that of
other multi-vitamins, to me this seemed like them cheaping
out, by including trace amounts just so they can write it up
as being included on the label.

I've always heard it was bottom of the barrel. I quit buying
vitamins out of drug stores & grocery stores. Read a few
horror stories about quality control. Personally, I would

Dunno about the quality, but it is waaaay too expensive. If
you're in the US go for Twinlab, SourceNaturals etc. If you're
not in the US ask for other products.
