I live In Uk (Manchester) and at the moment I do not have a credit card so can not buy low carb products from USA, does anyone know any alternative ways I can get them or of a supplier in the UK? I am looking to live the low carb way but can't just survive on meat eggs and cheese for ever!!!

Actually, here in Canada it's hard to get a lot of low-carb products also. Many of us have found that we can manage quite well without them. One thing that I do use is why protein powder and soy protein isolate, available at most health food stores and some pharmacies (chemists). I use these (not very often, though) for pancakes and other 'bready' things.
Other supplies you can probably find locally in health food stores are soy flour, nut flours, nut butters, flax seed, TVP (texturized vegetable protein), and other LC 'staples.'
I hear it is difficult to buy Splenda in the UK, which might be a problem.
I'm not trying to discourage you from trying the US LC products if you want to, but maybe these ideas will hold you over in the meantime.

There is a web site called www.low-carb.co.uk that has a few products available. The lady who runs it is Nicola Howard and I have found her very reliable in the past. Last time I bought from her she took only cheques so that should help with the credit card issue! Good Luck!

Try thelowcarbshop.co.uk - you will need some sort of debit card though! They have a wide range of products. I've never ordered from them, personally. I don't feel I need "products" for this way of eating. There is much more than meat, eggs, and cheese you can eat, dear! Have you read any of the books yet--Atkins or the Carbohydrates Addicts Book? If not, you should! They have sample menus in them that are far more interesting than just meat, eggs, and cheese.

Lovely name - unique and special.
I am in the UK and I must admit it seemed well nigh impossible to find ANYTHING low carb. But I started improvising.
To start with I had to cut out anything prepared to be sure there were no hidden carbs there. Real chicken, meat, fish, eggs.
Then I discovered (after years of avoiding it) the pleasure of double cream. Before I knew it I was addicted to dipping single cornflakes into cream and savouring it to the full. The pleasure soon disspated when I realised I wasn't losing any more weight.
Not to be outdone I started experimenting and have found a good homemade substitute for corn-flakes with nuts (ground in a coffee grinder) 1 tbsp of soyflour, eggs and butter. It is just as good and I think I am off my plateau. The Stavia is still a problem - I haven't found any anywhere but I am using saccharin/aspartim sweeteners.
Where there is a Will there is a Way - give yourself time to figure it out.
